«հրավիրում եմ» ("we", "the platform") is an online service for creating, personalizing and publishing digital invitations for weddings, baptisms, birthdays, corporate and other events. The service is used both by registered customers and by their guests, who access published invitations via links.

By using the site you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or act with the consent of a parent or guardian, and that the information you provide is accurate.

Every template has a public live demo. After purchase you receive your own copy of the template, which you can edit yourself: texts, photos, program, music, languages and RSVP questions. The invitation is published at an individual link and works on any device.

A published invitation remains available for at least 12 months from the date of publication, unless a different period is specified in the order.

An account is required to place an order. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

All prices are stated in Armenian drams (AMD) and include applicable taxes. A sale price is shown only when a genuine discount applies, next to the previous price. Payment is due when the order is placed, using the methods listed on the site.

Corporate package price ranges are published on the Corporate page; the final price is fixed in a written proposal before work begins.

As the service is digital, "delivery" is instant: immediately after payment a draft invitation appears in your account, ready to edit and publish at any time. No physical delivery takes place.

Corporate custom-design timelines are stated in the proposal and start once we receive all required materials (logo, texts, guest lists).

If a technical fault makes it impossible to publish your invitation and we cannot fix it within 72 hours, you are entitled to a full refund. If you have not yet published or edited the invitation, you may request a refund within 14 days of purchase.

No refund is issued for an invitation that has been published or substantially edited, as the service has then been fully rendered. Cancellation terms for corporate orders are defined in the proposal.

Send refund requests to barev@hravirum.am quoting your order number. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.

You are responsible for the texts, photos and music you place in an invitation. You warrant that you have the right to use them and that the content does not violate the law or third-party rights. We may remove unlawful or abusive content.

The templates, design, software and the «հրավիրում եմ» brand are our property. A purchase grants you a non-exclusive right to use the chosen template for one event; it may not be resold or replicated on other platforms.

You may not use the platform to send spam, commit fraud, spread hate speech or promote unlawful events, nor attempt to disrupt the service or gain unauthorized access to other accounts.

We strive to keep the service uninterrupted but do not guarantee it will never be unavailable. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid. We are not liable for indirect damages, including lost profits.

We may update these terms. For material changes we will give notice on the site or by email at least 7 days before they take effect. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
