If you have not yet published or edited the invitation, you can request a refund within 14 days of purchase. If a technical fault is not fixed within 72 hours, you get a full refund. Support is available every day — write to us or order a callback. Details are on the Terms page.

Yes, at any time. Change texts, photos, the program or the music — updates appear instantly at the same link, so there is no need to resend anything to your guests.

Yes. Upload photos to the gallery, choose a cover image and add background music. Music starts when the guest opens the invitation and can be turned off at any time — and you can disable auto-play in the editor if you prefer.

At least 12 months from publication — included in the price. The link keeps working the whole time and your RSVP data stays available in the dashboard. You can extend the period on request.

You can create an individual link for each guest (or family): the invitation opens with their name on it, and their RSVP is automatically tied to them. Every link also comes with its own QR code that you can print on physical cards.
