Privacy Policy

«հրավիրում եմ» is a digital-invitation platform. «հրավիրում եմ» is the controller responsible for personal data processing; contact us at barev@hravirum.am, +374 55 123 456, 35 Tumanyan St, Yerevan.

Account data: name, email, phone (optional) and a password hash. Order data: the chosen template, amount and payment status. Request data: the name, phone, company and message you enter in the call-back, corporate-lead or feedback forms.

Technical data: IP address, browser type and page views, used for security and aggregate statistics.

When a guest fills in an RSVP form or leaves a guestbook message, their name, answer and message are processed on behalf of the invitation owner and are visible only to the owner and to us for service operation. Guest data is never used for marketing and never shared with third parties.

We use data to provide the service (account, orders, publishing, RSVP), to contact you (call-backs, support), to improve the service and to meet legal obligations.

We send promotional emails and special offers only if you have given explicit consent. Every email contains an unsubscribe link, and you may withdraw consent at any time without affecting the service.

We use only essential cookies — for your sign-in session (gs_access, gs_refresh) and to remember your language choice. We do not set third-party tracking cookies.

Data may be shared only with payment providers (to process payments), our hosting provider, and public authorities where the law requires. We never sell your data.

Account data is kept while your account is active. Invitation and RSVP data is deleted 6 months after the invitation expires, or sooner at your request. Lead data is kept for at most 24 months. Accounting records are kept for the statutory period.

Passwords are stored only as hashes, connections are encrypted with TLS, and data access is role-restricted. In the event of a security incident we will notify affected users as required by law.

You have the right to receive a copy of your data, correct it, request deletion, restrict processing and withdraw consent. We respond to requests within 30 days — write to barev@hravirum.am.

The service is not intended for independent use by children under 16. Information about children (for example in a baptism invitation) is added only by a parent or guardian, at their own responsibility.
